Terms and Conditions of Sale
IronBedGallery.com wants your experience with
us to be the best. That is why we want to make
sure you know our important policies before
completing your transaction.
Shipping and Delivery:
Most of our products are large and can only be shipped via motor freight (common carrier). If a freight truck cannot access your home consider another drop off location or picking it up yourself at the nearest freight terminal. Please call or email us to help you evaluate your situation.
Truck freight deliveries are performed by a trucking company contracted by the factory. This service is a "Tailgate Delivery" or "Curb-Side Delivery"; the driver will move the items to the back of the truck. At that point you will need someone to move them into your building or residence. Deliveries are to ground floors only. A signature is required at the time of delivery.
Beds generally arrive in 3-6 weeks from your order date, unless stated otherwise. Someone will need to be available to receive shipment, and your order could arrive as early as 10 days . Please note, deliveries are scheduled during the week. Delivery is not available on the weekend.
In most cases we will be able to give you a tracking number (or PRO#), which is assigned after your item has left the factory. However, sometimes you will need to contact the shipment company to obtain updated information while in transit, but it depends on the particular freight company that delivers your order. After your order has shipped we will email you your tracking information. Please note that all of our shipping companies will contact you via phone to schedule a specific delivery time when your shipment arrives.
Cancellation Policy:
You have 24 hours from the time you place your order to cancel if you change your mind. Beyond that time, your order cannot be cancelled.
Return Policy:
Generally, we cannot accept returns on iron beds unless the bed has a manufacturer's defect because our beds are custom-made. Please contact us and we will assess your situation. Please be careful when placing your order, and let us know if we can assist you in selecting the right bed for your situation. Always measure your space for your bed.
Please note that due to the unique nature of the finishes and the individual craftsmanship in hand-applying the finish to each product, slight variances are normal and are NOT considered a manufacturer's defect, thus they are not returnable.
